But we are never aware of what we are doing?
Wake up in the morning, have cup of tea, newspaper, again tea with breakfast, little prayer, go to duty, lunch, again second half duty, come back to home or club, dinner, watch TV and goto bed without peace of mind and will give sleep without peace. This is life of some happy peoples. They are putting everyday few grams weight and become 90 to 110 kgs. inviting daibetes, heart attack and so many other problems.
